Our early verdict

SolCasino publishes a substantial documentation library covering payments, KYC, bonuses, sportsbook rules, provider restrictions, AML and self-exclusion. It also names its operator and licensing body. That is a stronger evidence base than a marketing-only landing page.

The terms are stricter than “no KYC” affiliate copy sometimes suggests: they say Sumsub conducts identity checks and warn that failed or fraudulent verification can lead to closure and forfeiture. Withdrawal timing is an operator target, not a tested result, and substantial wins may be paid in instalments or delayed for provider verification.

Operator, licence and game access

The terms identify Three Gaming Limitada, incorporated in Costa Rica, and state that it holds a valid licence from the Tobique Gaming Commission. OptiHax still needs direct confirmation from the licensing body.

SolCasino documents many provider-specific regional restrictions. Availability can differ by game even when the main site is accessible, so a global game-count claim is unreliable without a country and date.

Solana deposits, KYC and withdrawals

The terms define virtual funds as Solana or other supported currency and require users to fund accounts only with their own crypto. At least one blockchain confirmation is required for the last deposit before withdrawal.

Sumsub handles KYC, and the terms allow selfies, identity documents, proof of address and further payment-team checks. They also require active deposits to be played through once. Withdrawals are targeted within one hour but can take longer, particularly for larger wins or verification. Web3-wallet withdrawals are described as free from an operator fee, with network gas still payable; other wallet routes may carry a flat fee.

Bonuses and rewards

The rewards system uses internal bonus balances such as USDB or freeUSD. Official bonus pages describe proportional unlocking through wagering, game-contribution differences, maximum bets, expiry and caps. One freeUSD page limits winnings from a free bonus to $100 and says slots can contribute 100% while house games may contribute only 10–50%.

These mechanics should be calculated before any headline percentage is promoted. OptiHax will not treat a large nominal bonus as cash value without the complete turnover and cash-out path.

Sportsbook and safer play

Sports bets follow separate terms, and some providers restrict Russia and Ukraine. Market depth, margin, settlement and bonus contribution need their own test.

The terms offer self-exclusion and a break-from-gambling facility, but also say crypto deposit limits are not available in the same way as other payment methods. That limitation matters for a crypto-first product and should remain visible.
