Our early verdict

Rainbet’s terms publish useful operational detail: an operator name, registration number, licence claim, restricted countries, minimum withdrawal, one-times crypto turnover and a lengthy KYC/AML process. Its help centre also gives recent crypto deposit and withdrawal guidance.

The major issue is consistency. A May 2026 help article says cryptocurrency transactions do not require KYC to play or withdraw, subject to suspicious-activity checks. The general terms say Rainbet may request KYC at any time, restrict access to funds and prevent withdrawals while verification is incomplete. The broader contractual wording matters more than a simplified help article, so OptiHax will not label Rainbet “no KYC.”

Operator and licence

The terms checked by OptiHax identify RBGAMING N.V., registration number 16077, with an address in Anjouan, Union of Comoros, and claim an Anjouan licence for online games of chance. OptiHax still needs a direct licence-register check and confirmation that the entity shown during registration matches this disclosure.

Casino, originals and sportsbook

Rainbet presents casino and sportsbook products in one account, with sports and esports settlement governed by separate sportsbook rules. A complete product test still needs to record slot providers, live-dealer studios, original-game fairness, market depth, odds margin, cash-out availability and void rules.

The existence of both products is verified from official navigation and rules; their quality and regional availability are not yet independently rated.

Crypto deposits and withdrawals

Rainbet’s help centre instructs users to select both coin and network, giving examples such as BTC, USDT and ETH and network examples including TRC20, ERC20 and BEP20. The terms warn that unsupported coins or networks can be permanently lost.

The terms state a $15-equivalent minimum withdrawal and require at least 1× wagering of a crypto deposit. A recent help article says the team typically approves transactions within 5–15 minutes, while blockchain confirmation may take roughly 5–45 minutes depending on asset and fee. These are operator statements, not an OptiHax result.

The KYC wording conflict

Official page What it says OptiHax treatment
Crypto KYC help article Crypto transactions generally do not require KYC to play or withdraw; suspicious activity can trigger checks. Operational guidance only
General terms and KYC policy Verification can be required at any time; payments, withdrawals and access to funds may be restricted. Controlling risk disclosure

A user should be prepared to provide photo ID, selfie and proof of address. The terms say analysis may take up to seven business days and describe restrictions while status is temporary. “No KYC for crypto” is therefore conditional, not guaranteed.

Promotions and withdrawal caps

The terms include unusually important promotional limits. They state that certain welcome, promotional or affiliate-code balances can have a maximum $50 amount withdrawable or transferable after the wager lock, with excess balance forfeited. The exact rule depends on the offer and must be read before accepting a code.

OptiHax will not advertise a headline bonus until the eligible-account offer, wagering multiplier, maximum bet, expiry and withdrawal cap are captured together.

Country restrictions and safer play

The terms prohibit users in several locations including the United States, France, the Netherlands and related territories, Australia, Austria, Germany, the United Kingdom and Spain. VPN or proxy use to mask location is prohibited.

Rainbet documents self-exclusion as irreversible during the chosen period and says permanent closure follows support handling after an exclusion period. Deposit limits, time-outs and marketing controls still require hands-on inspection.
