Affiliate Disclosure
OptiHax may earn a commission when you follow a clearly identified commercial link and create or use an account with an operator. This does not give an operator control over our research, scores, rankings or explanation of risks.
Commercial link
An eligible action after a marked link may generate revenue for OptiHax.
Visible disclosure
The relationship should be understandable before a reader clicks the relevant button.
Editorial separation
Payment never removes the need to explain risks, limits or unresolved evidence.
Commercial links support the site—not the verdict.
Research, testing, writing, hosting and maintenance cost money. Affiliate commissions can help fund that work, but they do not purchase a favorable conclusion.
You open a page
A review or comparison explains the product, evidence, limitations and current test status.
We disclose
A commercial recommendation or link is labeled before or next to the relevant action.
You choose
You can use the information without clicking, registering, depositing or claiming an offer.
Attribution occurs
The operator or affiliate platform may use a link parameter or cookie to attribute eligible activity.
We may earn
OptiHax may receive a one-time fee, revenue share or another agreed commission.
The review stays
The relationship cannot remove documented limitations, buy a score or guarantee inclusion.
What an affiliate relationship can include
Compensation arrangements vary by operator and may change. They can include:
- A fixed commission after an eligible new customer completes specified activity.
- A share of qualifying net revenue attributed to referred users.
- A hybrid of a fixed payment and ongoing revenue share.
- A payment for a clearly labeled advertising placement or campaign.
OptiHax does not receive a share of a reader’s wallet and cannot see private keys. The operator controls account eligibility, deposits, verification, promotions and withdrawals under its own terms. A commission arrangement does not make OptiHax the operator or a party to the gambling transaction.
How commercial content is labeled
Disclosure should be clear at the point where it matters. We do not rely on this policy page alone.
| Content | OptiHax treatment |
|---|---|
| Review with an affiliate button | A plain-language commission disclosure appears near the review verdict or commercial action. |
| Comparison containing commercial links | The page explains that OptiHax can earn from identified links; relevant links are technically qualified. |
| Entirely paid placement | It is prominently labeled “Ad” or “Sponsored” before engagement and kept separate from an editorial score. |
| Organic source or reference link | It is not presented as a commercial recommendation merely because it points to an operator. |
| No active relationship | The review can still be researched and published without a promotional call to action. |
The US Federal Trade Commission advises that material connections should be disclosed clearly and conspicuously near an endorsement. The UK ASA and CAP affiliate-marketing guidance similarly emphasizes that advertising must be identifiable. We use these principles as a practical baseline for a global English-language site; local requirements may differ.
Editorial independence
Commercial status is recorded separately from editorial evidence. Our policies are:
- An operator cannot purchase a score or ranking position.
- An affiliate relationship is not required for OptiHax to review a product.
- A paying partner can be excluded when it does not meet a page’s criteria.
- An unfinished research profile cannot be presented as a tested recommendation.
- Operators may provide factual corrections and primary evidence, but they do not receive editorial approval rights.
- Negative findings, conflicts and failed tests are not removed in exchange for payment.
- Commercial terms are not used as a substitute for player-value evidence.

How rankings remain separate from commission
A “best” page begins with the user’s need and written inclusion criteria. At least four directly comparable products must complete the relevant review and testing requirements. Their positions are based on applicable evidence—such as payment testing, product quality, KYC rules, security, bonus terms and player controls—not the available commission rate.
Some qualifying products may not have an affiliate relationship. Some commercial partners may not qualify. When a useful page cannot meet these conditions, we postpone the ranking instead of filling it with weaker entries.
No test, no score.
A documented profile can explain a product before testing is finished, but it cannot receive a numeric score, “recommended” label or best-page position.
No hidden endorsement.
A tracked link does not transform an operator claim into an OptiHax finding. Paid placements and commissionable recommendations are disclosed where readers encounter them.
Testing, gifts and operator access
Where lawful and practical, OptiHax aims to fund small transaction tests independently. If an operator supplies a test account, credit, travel, hospitality, free product or anything else of material value connected to coverage, the affected page should disclose it. Supplied credit is not treated as proof that an ordinary customer will receive the same experience.
Early access, account assistance or a private demonstration may help us understand a product, but it does not replace the normal public registration, cashier, support and withdrawal journey.
Affiliate links, redirects and tracking
A commercial link may contain a referral identifier, pass through a managed OptiHax redirect or allow the operator or affiliate platform to store attribution information. Depending on the provider and your settings, this can involve cookies or similar technology. Read the Privacy Policy and the destination operator’s privacy and cookie information before proceeding.
We qualify paid or compensated outbound links using appropriate attributes such as rel="sponsored". Google Search Central recommends the sponsored value for advertising and paid-placement links.
Offers and promotional terms
An affiliate link does not guarantee that an offer is available to you. Country, account, payment method, verification and timing restrictions may apply. The operator can change or withdraw an offer after our last check.
We do not judge a bonus by its largest advertised percentage. A listed offer must capture the full terms, including wagering basis, effective turnover, game contribution, maximum bet, expiry and withdrawal restrictions. If those details cannot be verified together, the headline amount is not presented as an active recommendation.
No guarantee of safety, legality or winnings
Inclusion, an outbound link or a commercial relationship is not a guarantee that a product is legal in your location, will remain solvent, will approve a withdrawal or is suitable for you. Gambling outcomes are uncertain and the expected result is normally a loss over time. Never treat an affiliate recommendation as financial, legal or gambling advice.
Corrections and operator contact
Operators and readers may identify factual errors or provide newer primary evidence. Confirmed errors are corrected without requiring payment, an affiliate agreement or the removal of valid criticism. Material corrections should be noted on the affected page.
A commercial partner that disputes a finding may provide evidence through the same process as a non-partner. Commercial pressure is not evidence.
Affiliate disclosure FAQ
Do affiliate links cost me more?
OptiHax does not add a fee to your account or transaction. Operator pricing and offers can vary, so compare the current terms rather than assuming a tracked link is the cheapest or only option.
Can an operator pay for first place?
No. Ranking positions must follow the published inclusion criteria and relevant review evidence.
Do you review casinos that do not pay OptiHax?
Yes. Commercial status is not a requirement for research, inclusion or a factual review.
Does every operator link earn a commission?
No. Some links are ordinary references or primary sources. Commercial links and recommendations are disclosed where they appear.
Can a partner remove a negative finding?
No. It can submit evidence for correction, but payment does not remove a supported limitation, conflict or test result.
Does a commission mean OptiHax recommends gambling?
No. Gambling involves financial risk and may be illegal or unsuitable for a reader. Our content is for adults and includes safer-play information and limitations.
