Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information OptiHax may process when you visit the site, follow a link or interact with WordPress features. We aim to collect only what is reasonably needed to operate, protect, measure and improve the publication.

Collect less

OptiHax aims to process only what is needed to operate and protect the publication.

Protect access

Reasonable security controls should limit unnecessary access to stored information.

Explain changes

This policy and the live site are rechecked as analytics and features evolve.

Current privacy snapshot: On 1 August 2026, an anonymous public-page test found no Google Analytics or Meta Pixel and no cookie set by the initial OptiHax page response. This can change as site features develop, so the policy and public pages will be rechecked.

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to the OptiHax website at optihax.com and information processed through its publishing, security, performance and link-management systems. It does not control the privacy practices of casinos, sportsbooks, wallets, blockchains, social networks, support organizations or other external websites.

Information processed when you visit

Like most websites, OptiHax and its infrastructure providers may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include:

This information may appear in hosting, server, content-delivery, security or WordPress logs even when no advertising cookie is stored.

Current site technology

Service or feature Purpose Information involved
WordPress Publishes pages, posts, media, revisions and staff accounts. Content, account information for authorized users, login and security data.
Cloudflare Routes public traffic and can provide performance, availability and security protection. Technical request, network, device, caching and security information.
WP Rocket Caching, media loading and performance optimization. Page and browser performance signals; its current public beacon posts to the OptiHax site.
Yoast SEO Search metadata, canonical links and structured site information. Published page and site metadata; it is not currently being used as a visitor analytics service.
Pretty Links and redirects Manage readable outbound links, changed URLs and future commercial-link attribution. Redirect requests and potentially basic click context such as time, source page, referrer or technical request data, depending on configuration.
Email delivery Sends necessary WordPress or administrative email. Recipient address, message-routing information and delivery logs when email is used.

OptiHax does not currently present a public account-registration service or visitor contact form. Authorized WordPress editors and administrators use protected accounts for site management.

Cookies and local storage

Cookies are small values stored by a browser. WordPress can use essential cookies for administrator or editor login, session security and interface preferences. Optional features, comments, embedded media or future consented analytics may introduce additional storage.

The anonymous test described above found no cookie in the initial public-page response. This does not mean that no cookie can ever be used: signing in, opening an external service, enabling a future feature or following a commercial destination can produce different behavior.

Some clearly identified links may be commercial. They can contain a referral identifier or pass through an OptiHax-managed redirect before opening an operator’s website. The destination operator or affiliate platform may then use cookies, account data or similar technology to attribute eligible activity and calculate commission.

OptiHax does not receive your wallet recovery phrase or private key through an affiliate link. We may receive aggregated or account-attribution reports from a commercial partner, such as clicks, registrations or eligible activity connected to a campaign. The exact destination provider controls its own account, KYC, payment and privacy processing.

Read the Affiliate Disclosure before using commercial links.

OptiHax links to operator sites, regulators, block explorers, game providers, support organizations and other sources. When you open an external link, that provider receives the request and applies its own privacy policy.

Embedded videos, social posts, maps or other third-party widgets can behave as if you visited the provider directly. We aim to avoid unnecessary embeds and external scripts, especially where a normal link provides the same information with less data exposure.

Comments and visitor submissions

Some WordPress content types can technically support comments, although OptiHax does not currently use comments as its primary public contact or corrections channel. If a comment or submission feature is enabled and you use it, WordPress may process the information you enter together with IP address, browser information, time and anti-spam data.

Do not post identity documents, financial records, wallet recovery phrases, private keys, passwords, authentication codes or sensitive gambling-account information in a comment or public submission.

Why information is processed

OptiHax may process information to:

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on legitimate interests in publishing, securing and improving the site; consent for optional storage or communications where required; steps requested by a person; and compliance with legal obligations. The applicable basis depends on the feature, information and jurisdiction.

Who may receive information

Information may be processed by service providers that help host, route, secure, cache, maintain or email the site. Commercial-link data may be processed by the relevant affiliate platform or destination operator. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, investigate abuse or defend legal rights.

We do not publish private visitor information as editorial content. We do not ask casinos to provide OptiHax with a reader’s identity documents or wallet credentials.

International processing

Internet infrastructure and external providers may process information in countries other than your own. Privacy protections and government-access rules can differ. The relevant provider’s policy should explain its locations and transfer safeguards.

Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including security, publishing records, error investigation, link reporting, legal obligations and dispute handling. Retention periods vary across hosting logs, WordPress accounts, revisions, redirects, email and third-party services.

OptiHax will define and document more specific retention periods before enabling public accounts, newsletters, contact forms or detailed visitor analytics.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the current site, including encrypted HTTPS delivery, restricted administrative access, updates, caching and network-security services. No website or transmission method is completely secure.

OptiHax will never need your casino password, wallet private key or recovery phrase. Anyone requesting those items while claiming to represent OptiHax should be treated as suspicious.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection; withdraw consent; and complain to a data-protection authority. Exceptions can apply when information must be retained for security, legal or evidentiary reasons.

Privacy and corrections requests can be sent to [email protected] or through the instructions on our Contact & Corrections page. Provide only the information needed to identify the relevant OptiHax record. Do not send casino passwords, wallet secrets or unnecessary identity documents.

Children and age restrictions

OptiHax gambling content is intended only for adults aged 18 or over and does not knowingly seek personal information from children. Gambling age and legality vary by location. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through an enabled feature, use the public privacy contact once published so the matter can be reviewed.

Changes to this policy

This policy will change as the site adds or removes features, service providers, analytics, communications or commercial programs. Material changes should update the date below and, where appropriate, be highlighted on the site.

Privacy FAQ

Does OptiHax currently use Google Analytics?

No Google Analytics script was detected in our anonymous public-page audit on 1 August 2026. This policy will be updated if that changes.

Does OptiHax set advertising cookies?

No cookie was returned during the tested anonymous page load. A commercial destination can set its own attribution or account cookies after you follow a link.

Can OptiHax see my crypto wallet?

Opening a normal page does not give OptiHax your recovery phrase or private key. Public blockchain activity can be visible when a wallet address is known, and a connected third-party dApp applies its own processing.

Do affiliate links share my identity with OptiHax?

OptiHax may receive attribution reports from partners, but the operator controls registration, identity checks and account data under its own policy. Never send identity documents to OptiHax through an unofficial channel.

Can I request deletion?

Rights depend on the applicable law and whether OptiHax holds identifiable information. Send the relevant details to [email protected].

Who controls an external casino’s data?

The casino or relevant service identifies its own data controller and purposes in its privacy policy. OptiHax does not control that external processing.
