Contact & Corrections

Contact OptiHax about factual corrections, source evidence, privacy requests, editorial questions or commercial disclosures. OptiHax is not a casino and cannot access, verify or resolve an operator account, deposit or withdrawal.

Send evidence

Include the page URL, disputed statement and a reliable primary source where possible.

Editorial review

Material corrections are checked, updated and dated when the evidence supports them.

Keep secrets private

Never email passwords, recovery phrases, private keys or identity documents.

Public contact: Email [email protected]. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, identity documents, wallet private keys or recovery phrases.
Send the right information

Provide the exact statement, page URL and a current primary source showing the correction.

State the right or concern involved without attaching unnecessary sensitive documents.

04

05

Affiliate disclosure

06

General editorial

Corrections policy

OptiHax checks correction requests against the strongest available evidence. Confirmed factual errors are corrected without requiring payment, an affiliate relationship or removal of supported criticism. A material correction should be noted on the affected page.

Operators may explain their position and submit primary evidence, but they do not receive editorial approval rights. Commercial pressure, a screenshot without context or a marketing statement does not by itself establish that published evidence is wrong.

What to include

What not to send

Casino account and withdrawal complaints

OptiHax cannot open, close, verify, unblock or withdraw from a casino account. Contact the operator through the official support and complaint route shown in its current terms. Save relevant dates, chat transcripts, transaction hashes and written decisions.

If the operator identifies a regulator or alternative dispute-resolution service, confirm that organization independently before submitting documents. Do not pay anyone who promises guaranteed fund recovery or asks for a wallet recovery phrase.

Privacy requests

Use the subject line Privacy request and explain which OptiHax interaction or data you are asking about. We may need enough information to identify the relevant record and confirm that a requester is entitled to receive or change it, but we will not request a casino password or wallet secret.

Read the Privacy Policy for current processing, providers, retention and rights information.

Commercial and affiliate enquiries

A commercial proposal does not guarantee coverage, a positive verdict or inclusion in a comparison. Proposed tracking, compensation, test access, gifts or paid placement must be disclosed before publication. Operators cannot purchase a score or ranking position.

Read the Affiliate Disclosure and review methodology before proposing a partnership.
